Security will not be provided. Merchandise left on the Engaged & Inspired Wedding Show grounds will be at owner’s risk. Two representatives are permitted in the Engaged & Inspired Wedding Show for each vendor. We ask that at least one representative be present at your booth for the entire Engaged & Inspired Wedding Show. Vendors will be given ONE parking pass for a designated parking lot after setup. No on-site camping permitted. Vendor assignments will be determined by the Engaged & Inspired Wedding Show committee. Preferences and exclusivity will not be guaranteed. All approved vendors must supply Certificate of Insurance (COI) Vendor is responsible for reporting any and all sales tax collected. For more information visit www.marylandtaxes.com. Vendor is responsible for their own display setup and equipment. We ask that you unload and park as quickly as possible. Please make sure everything is safely secured in case of inclement weather and high winds. Vendor will be contacted by email as confirmation of participation in the Engaged & Inspired Wedding Show. This is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be given due to weather. The undersigned agrees to assume the risk of loss to any property of myself and my staff, whether from breakage, damage, loss, theft, and disappearance of any other cause, for the duration of the event, including set up & closing. Further, I agree to indemnify and hold Engaged & Inspired, Bleues on the Water, and all of their volunteers and staff harmless from any and all claims, actions, damages, liability and expense, including attorney’s fees in connection with loss of life, personal injury and/or damage to property that may be done or suffered by reason of my fault or negligence in the performance of or failure to perform my responsibilities. I agree to and accept the terms and conditions for the Engaged & Inspired Engaged & Inspired Wedding Show on 01/19/2019. There will be no refunds to vendors. Other terms and conditions may apply.
